Welcome to Beijing Youche Car Service Co., Ltd. By accessing our website or using our mobile applications and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Beijing Youche Car Service Co., Ltd.

1. Business Collaboration & Cooperation Models

Our company operates under three primary business pillars. Any formal collaboration requires a separate written agreement (SLA or Master Service Agreement):

• Project Proxy Operation: We manage and grow third-party digital products. Partners must ensure they hold all necessary intellectual property rights before handover.
• Custom Research & Development (R&D): We provide technical development services. Ownership of the resulting source code and assets shall be determined by the specific project contract.
• Self-Developed Projects: For our proprietary apps and games, users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use. Commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

2. User Conduct & Service Access

You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts our services, including but not limited to hacking, reverse engineering our applications, or exploiting bugs for unfair advantage in games. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user violating these terms.

3. Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds

All financial transactions are handled via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We follow their respective billing cycles and refund policies. Any disputes regarding payments must first be addressed through the respective store's support channels.

4. Legal Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we believe in resolving issues through amicable negotiation first. However, if a resolution cannot be reached:

• Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
• Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Haidian District, Beijing, where our headquarters is located.
• Arbitration: By mutual agreement, disputes may also be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) for resolution.

5. Limitation of Liability

Beijing Youche Car Service Co., Ltd provides services "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any data loss or indirect damages resulting from the use of our software.
